Please read our policy below before placing an order.

Cancellations  

You can contact us to cancel your order for a full refund, as long as the order has not been fulfilled or shipped yet. Once you receive your dispatch email, we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order.

Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or incorrect sizing once an item has been shipped. 

We quality check all our jackets, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we are here to help.

• Please contact us at hello@888originals.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

• Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.

• We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or a refund.
